Light straw yellow hues, with green shades. Intense and rich nose with fresh fruity notes of apple, pear and tropical fruits. On the palate, it is fresh with lively acidity, smooth and well balanced. It ends with light mineral hints.

  • VALDICHIANA TOSCANA BIANCO VERGINE The D.O.C. Valdichiana Bianco Vergine is our historical white wine, which we have been producing since the early ’50s. This wine is produced in the southeastern area of Tuscany (Valdichiana). Intense fruity-scented wine, it shows its best characteristics in the first two years following the vintage.
    GRAPES: Trebbiano Toscano 65%, Malvasia del Chianti 5%, Chardonnay 30%.
    TECHNIQUE Cold soaking followed by pressing and fermentation at controlled temperature of 18°C.
