Classification: Cannonau di Sardegna Doc.
Grapes: Cannonau.
Vinification: In red, long maceration at 20 °C.
Aging and Maturation: 6 months in oak barrels and then aged in the bottle.
Characteristics: Ruby red with amber hues. Pleasant aroma, with hints of wild berries and ripe fruit. Dry, fruity, full-bodied, elegant, with an aftertaste of almond.
Alcohol: 13% vol.
Total acidity (g/lt): 5,8 ca.
Food Pairing: A great wine that can be enjoyed with meat-appetizers, rich first dishes, and the tradictionally Sardinian small pig roasts.
