This is the basic wine of the Fattoria; yet, our research of the highest quality applied to all our vineyards, not only to the most suited ones, together to the excellent terroir of our Fattoria, lines up its quality level to the Riserva and the Crus. Well balanced and structured wine, it makes a perfect match with grilled and roasted meats, aged cheeses.

Quantity

GRAPES:	Sangiovese 95%, Colorino 5%.
TECHNIQUE:	Fermentation with maceration (skin contact) of about 20 days, held at temperatures between 25 and 28°C. Malolactic fermentation completed in inox tanks. The wine ages in French oak barrels used one or two years, for 12 months.
CHARACTERISTICS:	Deep ruby red colour. Intense bouquet with berry, cherry and violet aromas and flavours. On the palate it is full, round and harmonious, with and excellent tannic structure.
