WINE CONCEPT A single-vineyard Merlot aged in French oak barrels, complex and powerful, with aromas of ripe red and black fruits, roasted cocoa beans, vanilla, spices. Full-bodied, dense and round on the palate, melted tannins, with a beautiful length. To enjoy with a duck breast grilled over a wood fire, with poultry marinated with morels, and with a camembert stuffed with apricots and almonds roasted on the barbecue.
