Wine obtained from Sangiovese grapes 90% and Black Canaiolo 10%.
Vineyards: Frutteto and Conca (Sangiovese), Grotta (Canaiolo) coltivated with Guyot and cordon spur training system.
COLOUR: Ruby red.
BOUQUET: Vinous and fruity, pleasantly intense.
TASTE: Soft with medium body, slightly dry.
Recommended with any savoury meal, mainly meat based dishes and salami. Serving temperature 15°-18° C.
