Our Blanc de Blancs cuvée is made exclusively from Chardonnay from old vines in Verzy, a Grand Cru classified terroir.
This very mineral Champagne gives an impression of fullness and balance. The finish is persistent revealing lemony notes. This wine for connoisseurs will be ideal as an aperitif or as an accompaniment to seafood and fish.
