Elegant golden color on a generous string of delicate bubbles. The nose is open, mature with notes of orange and peach fruit jellies. After aeration, then come notes of violet, with subtle woody notes and fresh exotic fruits. The attack is rich, on fruits in syrup (clementine, white peach and orange) with a mineral finish.
A powerful and distinguished champagne, which will go perfectly with a refined Comté cheese or a fillet of pike-perch with white butter sauce.
