    Grapes: Vermentino
    Vinification: En blanc with fermentation at 18 °C.
    Characteristics: Light straw yellow with greenish hues. Floral aroma, delicate and pleasant. Dry, medium-bodied, elegant.
    Alcohol: 11,5% vol.
    Total acidity (g/lt): 5,5 ca.
    Residual Sugar (g/lt): 3 ca.
    Food Pairing: Excellent as an aperitif. Ideal with white fish, crustaceans, shellfish and white meats.
    Temperature of Service: 10 - 12 °C
